Stockwood fall agonisingly short of first league win
Although Park started well with Tom Childs and Will Varnals working in tandem, a converted try put the visitors 7-0 in front.
Stockwood hit back though, when Martin Rowe, bullied his way to the try-line and James Hankey added the extras.

Hide AdEnfield regained the lead with an unconverted score, as Stockwood almost levelled when Alex Lovell beat his man and fed Jason Mitchell, but the pass was fumbled.
Park didn’t have to wait long though, when Jack Brooks was the recipient of a perfectly timed pass from Rowe, and slid over, Hankey converting for a 14-12 half time lead.
In the second period, Enfield struck first with a penalty, while captain Jamie Hoque was yellow carded.
However, star man Lovell wormed his way across the whitewash, giving Stockwood a 19-15 lead, only for Enfield to come back strongly, as they burrowed through to score and add the extras.

Hide AdStockwood searched for a last-gasp winner, only to be denied from a late scrum speaking afterwards, skipper Hoque said: “We left it all out on the field and every single player gave everything for the jersey.
“Tuesday and Thursday were good sessions, and the focus seemed to return and we targeted this game as a must win.
“Unfortunately we didn’t make it across the line, but we know we can stand up to teams in this league, and I am confident the lads will want to continue to push on from this.”
Park are without a league game this weekend.
