SWIMMING: Host of medals for Harry

After only qualifying for two events and coming 31st overall in the 12-year-old category the previous year, Constantine qualified for 10 events and finished sixth overall this time round.

He medalled in the 100m backstroke and 400m freestyle, while finishing fourth in the 100m, 200m and 1,500m freestyle.

Constantine also achieved a national qualifying time in the 200m IM and now has four national qualifying times including sprints and long distance, which he will swim in Sheffield next month.

His achievements resulted in Dunstable SC coming 26th on the overall medal table out of 56 clubs that entered.

Despite being only 13-years-old, he is now the overall best U15 male swimmer in Bedfordshire according to the East Region rankings.
