SWIMMING: Team Luton excel once more
Promising 10-year-old Chiara Rogers and Rhys Davidson both reached finals in their specialised events.
Rogers swam the 100m breaststroke in a time of 1.37.36mins to make the final where she finished fifth with a PB of 1.35.92mins.

Hide AdShe also competed in the 200m breaststroke heats and clocked 3.23.78mins to qualify for the finals, where she finished with a bronze medal and a PB of 3.20.83mins.
Davidson took part in the backstroke events as in the 100m, he timed 1.26.25mins, while he swam to seventh in the 200m heats and then sixth in the final, setting a new PB of 2.58.93mins along the way.
Abbie Barnwell, 11, swam in three freestyle events the 200m, 400m and 800m, setting a new PB of 10.35.17mins in the 800m to finish sixth.
In the 400m IM, she posted a PB, managing 6.20.84mins.
Freddie Symonds, 11, succeeded in both his breaststroke events reaching the finals where he won bronze in the 200m with a personal best of 3.10.63mins.
He then managed a PB of 1.32.36mins to win silver in the 100m event.
